The Free Plan includes core teaching tools: practice tracking, calendar, lesson scheduling, homework assignments, goals, class feed, billing management, and a free website. You can upgrade anytime for advanced features like automated invoices and custom domains.

There is no separate trial required. You can start immediately on the Free Plan ($0/month), then upgrade to Pro or Organization when you need more features.

Adagio uses student and parent contact details only to power features inside Adagio, such as sending invoices, assignment reminders, lesson updates, and practice tracking. This data is not used or shared outside of Adagio for unrelated purposes.

Pricing is shown as a monthly subscription plan, not a per-student add-on fee for each member you invite. For larger studios or schools, the Organization plan includes unlimited classrooms and students plus administrative controls.

You can find invoices on the Billing page. It shows paid vs. outstanding revenue, recent invoices and their status, and lets you add invoices manually or auto-generate them from completed lessons in the calendar.

Adagio supports digital invoice payments (for example, PayPal) and also manual payment tracking for methods like cash or check. If someone pays offline, you can still mark the invoice as paid in Adagio.

Students can join in two ways: search for your class in the Practice app and request to join, or accept an invitation that is automatically sent when you add them in Adagio with their email address.

The Organization plan is built for schools and larger studios with multiple teachers. It includes administrative controls, unlimited classrooms and students, and shared class access so multiple teachers can manage the same class.
