Practice mobile app

The Practice app is a simple way for students to track their practice sessions. Think of it like a fitness tracker: students can log how long they practice, what they practice, take notes, and create personal to-do lists. Best of all, when a student joins your class through the app, all of this data will appear in Adagio, allowing you to stay up-to-date on their progress each week.
The app can be downloaded via the Apple or Google app stores (search for Musopen) or by visiting this link.
Note - Students must opt-in to sharing practice data
To share practice data with you, the student not only needs to download and sign up for the Practice app, they must accept an invitation to join your class. A student can join your class one of two ways:
- Search for your class within the Practice app by visiting Profile page → Settings → “Join a class” → then searching for your name and requesting to join

- Add and invite students via Adagio. When a student is added in Adagio and you include their email address, an invite is automatically sent to the Practice app for the student to accept.
a. If the student doesn’t see an invite, make sure the email address they signed up with matches the one you used for the student.

Once a student joins your class, not all data will be visible (some remains private to the student). For example, students may create personal notes, todo lists, or set private goals for themselves. What is shared includes all practice session data (length, number of sessions) as well as teacher-assigned homework, goals, and notes.
